Summary
A very fortunate, but depressed lucky man with optimism enters the Aliens' house. His presence brings the aliens into their shortcomings of bad luck.
Plot
At the end, Bud actually encounters him to turn into a changed man with his spiritual side. Plus, he gave Bud his magic good luck shoes that would've caused the house to being broken apart with earthquakes, rain and lightning, plus into an evolving volcano going back in time to the past.
