Dr. Sigmond Viktor, Saccharin/Sakarine (voiced by Billy West (Zero Stuff)/Danny Mann (Stupid Invaders)/Albert Brooks (Space Goofs: The Movie) is the main
antagonist of Stupid Invaders. He's the one who sends Bolok to capture the aliens. The Doctor and his Russian-speaking assistant Igor first appeared in an episode of the series.
